Please be aware that for technical reasons, the transmission of information via email or SMS is generally not considered secure. Schweizer recht AG cannot therefore guarantee the confidentiality of email communication. If you would prefer encrypted communication, please give us a call.

Schweizer law Ltd. makes every effort to deal with emails in a timely manner. However, the reception and handling of emails may be delayed or disrupted for technical or operational reasons.

We would therefore recommend you send important messages by post or courier, with acknowledgement of receipt if required. If you would prefer to send a message by email, we can send you a confirmation of receipt. Until you have received written confirmation, you should assume that your email has not been received.

If you transmit information via our website or contact us using the appropriate contact channels, this does not constitute a lawyer-client relationship. The lawyer-client relationship is only established once we have explicitly accepted a case or assignment verbally or in writing. Fees and costs will then be discussed at the first meeting.
