Michael Schweizer is founder and owner of Schweizer law Ltd.
From 2016 until he set up Schweizer law Ltd. in September 2021, Michael Schweizer was general counsel at Switzerland’s biggest electronic media company. Prior to that, he worked as a legal counsel at the same organisation for nine years, before becoming deputy head of the corporate legal division in 2015.
Michael Schweizer regularly gives talks and runs training courses on media law and communications law and has been a lecturer at the MAZ Swiss School of Journalism in Lucerne since 2018.

Hussein Noureddine specialises in copyright and has extensive practical experience in the media industry. He has advised both creative teams and management at a media company which is one of the largest content producers and copyrights users in Switzerland.
Hussein Noureddine has also represented user interests vis-a-vis the collective rights management organisations, in the tariff approval process, and within the umbrella organisation for copyright users (DUN).
On the side, Mr. Noureddine dissertates in copyright law. He has been a lecturer in copyright at the MAZ Swiss School of Journalism in Lucerne since 2019 and a lecturer in intellectual property rights at the Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences OST in Sankt Gallen since 2022.

Marlen Weibel is paralegal and office manager at Schweizer law Ltd. She has many years’ experience working as a paralegal at private banks, in the legal department of a media company and at one of the largest international law firms.
Before working as a paralegal, Marlen Weibel acquired broad experience in the administrative management of law firms and notary offices while working as a legal secretary and office manager.
