Michael Schweizer is founder and owner of Schweizer law Ltd.
From 2016 until he set up Schweizer law Ltd. in September 2021, Michael Schweizer was general counsel at Switzerland’s biggest electronic media company. Prior to that, he worked as a legal counsel at the same organisation for nine years, before becoming deputy head of the corporate legal division in 2015.
Since 2026 Michael Schweizer is member of the Federal Media Commission FMC (EMEK) as an expert for media law and communications law. He also regularly runs training courses on media law and communications law and has been a lecturer at the MAZ Swiss Institute of Journalism and Communication in Lucerne since 2018.
